Top has clear plastic buttons down front as well as a metal closing at top all of which is hidden. Short sleeves have ruching that lead to an adorable bow on side and some medium sized (removable) shoulder pads
Skirt has an elastic waist making it very comfortable and hits from the knee to the calf depending on your height and where you wear the skirt.
Also features a slit up the back.
