Vintage 1980s cotton/poly blend tunic blouse. Puff shoulder 3/4 length sleeves with structured shoulder pads and an inverted pleat at the hem. Shirred diamond shaped detail at the front hem. Elastic at the back hem. Pulls on over your head and buttons at the back of the neck. Please note, this blouse is a little sheer.
