Fastens at the hip with a snap and a book closure underneath a large black satin bow.

Rows and rows of sparkly blue sequins.

Shoulder pads for structure.

Very Good vintage condition with a few flaws.

There are a couple of loose strings/spots with sequins missing. (Shown in photos).

The hook closure has come loose and is held in place by a safety pin. (Shown in photos).
