Darling 40's inspired black silk dress with green "floral" print. Padded shoulders. Fitted through the hips with a gathered skirt. There is a self belt that hooks in back with a tab and a bow. Two other little bows on the back as well that are secured with a snap. Nylon Zipper closure.
