Made in USA. 85% Acetate 15% metallic. Black with Gold Rose pattern.
Puffed shoulder with inner structure. Piping around neckline. 2 decorative buttons. Hook and eye behind buttons. Removable bib (shown in last 2 photos). Excellent condition except missing one side of one snap on the bib.
