Marked 'RIB 1986' on the buckle. No other size, material or brand markings - see measurements.
Silver metallic faux leather belt with multicolor jewel gem tone rhinestones.
Silver tone buckle with coordinating bling stones and ornate western detailed engraving.
Rhinestones and gems - red, orange, pink, green, purple, blue.

NOTE: two sets of size holes, for group has 5 total, second group has 7. The second group is what some of the measurements refer to and I would consider the traditional holes for wearing.
