Intended for children but will work for an adult small of up to a 30 inch waist.
Belt laid flat measures 30 inches on the largest setting not including the buckle.
Buckle measures 2 inches x 1 1/2 inches.
Very good vintage condition. No major flaws. Belt has plenty of stretch. A little buckling. Some minor discoloration here and there.
Buckle and adjuster piece are in good condition. Adjusts with no issues.
