Here for your consideration is a lovely vintage blouse/jacket. I think with the style it can be worn open as a jacket with a tank top under it. It has a lapel like a jacket and is lower neckline, but it also looks nice as a blouse as shown. It is marked size 14 and poly rayon blend. Here are the measurements with the dress flat and taken from one side.

This is in good clean condition and free of holes.
