Excellent condition. Straps have been loop-tied in back; it was probably larger or elastic was probably stretchier at some point. Elastic still has stretch, but you can definitely adjust the straps by loop-tying them in back for your measurements.

Fits anywhere from a 32B, 32C, 34B, 34C, 36B, depending on adjustment of straps, and how much coverage you desire.

Model is 5' 9" and measures 33-27-40. (32C)

I suggest that you find a similar garment in your wardrobe that fits you well, measure it when flat, and compare the numbers to be sure you're getting the best fit for you.
