Fun vintage 1970s jumpsuit. Blue bodice with wide smocked elastic neckline with puff sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulder. The short puff sleeves don't have elastic on the top of she sleeves, but have stretchy elastic cuffs. High elastic waist that stretches 2" inches. Wide leg flared pants with a blue, yellow, and black plaid and floral print. Unlined. There are no closures, so you just step into the piece.
