Amazing one of a kind vintage 1970's Whims of California Rough Rider Inc. open duster or full length vest.... with Pockets!!! Gorgeous champagne crushed velvet, almost a cross over to faux fur. Lined in a thicker silky soft petal pink. One owner, who stated she wore it with the peach dress pictured (listed separately). Looks great with just about everything. In very good condition, there are some lightly discolored areas, but they get lost in the movement of the fabric, I couldn't get the camera to pick it up. It has been laundered. This is hard to measure due to the open nature. Would fit small to large easily, it just depends on how open or loose you would like to wear it.
