True vintage slub knit peasant dress with rose ribbon trim by Kay Windsor.
Empire waist. Blue ribbon trim with red roses at the neckline, waist and hem. Elastic at the sleeve cuffs. Back zipper closure.
Very good, wearable vintage condition. There is an area of discoloration at the hemline. There is a close up photo of the discoloration, the photo with the clothespin shows where on the dress the discoloration is.
