Vintage 70s Sleeveless Sundress with Tiered Ruffled Skirt

This is an adorable sleeveless dress from the 1970s. It has a drop waist with a two tier ruffle skirt. I love the coordinating fabrics! It has red ric-rack trim. It zips up the center back.
