Waist - smaller option - 14. 5” measured flat - stretches to 17. 25”; on loser option - 17. 75” - stretches to 21. 5”

Hip - smaller option - approximately 17. 5” measured flat (the design allows it to spread so I think it could work for slightly larger hips)

Length - 15. 5”

Condition - The only flaw I see is a little mark in the fabric that to me looks like a printing flaw
