Nicely tailored 1970s maxi halter dress in a red, green, white, yellow, and blue plaid cotton plissé. The halter neckline secures in back with cute wide ties. The dress has a plunging V neckline, a defined waist, and a slightly flared and gathered skirt. The bust has a self-fabric lining and the dress closes with a back nylon zipper.
