Sparkly vintage 1970s dress of 100% polyester in black with silver disco/ Art Deco inspired design at the bodice. This one takes it’s design inspiration from the 1940s and has flutter flare sleeves and a sarong cascade ruffle at the skirt.
The dress has a fitted tank under bodice with blouson over. The skirt is an actual sarong wrap.

The waist is elasticized for a perfect fit and the skirt flares from there. No belt remains but it looks nice without and would look great with a silver one to accent the glittery sparkles!
