Description - Adorable rag doll maxi from the 1970s. The patchwork design is printed. The neck has elastic and it can be worn as an off the shoulders style. There are no openings. It just slips over your head. I'm 5'6" and it's several inches above my ankles. It would be a full length maxi dress on someone more petit though.
