Vintage 1970's Navy Blue Organza Off the Shoulder Puff Sleeve Princess Gown!

Features:

- navy blue organza over blue-purple taffeta acetate
- elasticized scooped neckline and back that can be worn on or off the shoulder
- puff sleeves with elastic around the cuffs
- ruffled neckline with white embroidery that resembles petals
- fitted bodice
- nipped in waist and midsection with decorative belt and bow

- back nylon zipper closure

Excellent condition! The elastic in one of the cuffs is starting to become a little bit loose, but nothing major! Sleeves still hold up to maximum puffiness :)
