1970s Houndtooth Maxi Dress Sleeveless Mock Neck Green White Lurex Vintage.

Union Made in the USA. 85% Rayon 15% lurex. White background with green houndstooth plaid pattern. Silver lurex sparkle throughout. Mock neck. Sleeveless. Robin zipper with hook and eye at mid back. High slits at each side sea. Single belt loop at right. Includes original belt with matching fabric and heavy silver toned floral wreath buckle. Maxi length hostess dress. Semi sheer, may require undergarments depending on the look you are going for.

Good Condiiton - some minor color bleed on the dress. I was able to give this dress a good soak with no color bleed so I think this bleed must have been caused either when the dress was brand new or by some harsher chemical used on it. Regular washes should not cause more bleed. The belt has a paper and plastic backing. As such, the fabric is dingy and cannot be properly cleaned while attached to the backing. the plastic backing is also all bent. The belt buckle is amazing! If I were keeping it for myself, I would remove the fabric from the backing and replace it with a sturdy, washable fabric backing (even a white felt would work).
