Super fun dress purchased as a bulk lot in LA. This is the dress you want to wear to a festival! Handkerchief hem, netted peak a boo halter top. Cotton gauze solid forest green makes up the bottom of the dress except for the peek a boo netting which makes up the handkerchief hem. Slips over head, ties behind neck and ties at waist. The back is all shirred elastic.
