Vintage estimated 1970s Flutter Sleeve Dress from Jody T of California

This is such a sweet little dress. It has a hint of prairie in it, with the ditsy floral and the vintage yellow coloring. Surplice-style neckline with a lacy floral on one side that travels down to the skirt for a little asymmetry interest. Flutter style short sleeves and soft pleating at front yoke (front shoulders). Elastic waistband.

In fair to good vintage condition. It needs a slip - the fabric is a light (feels like a cotton but likely a synthetic blend) semi-sheer. The elastic is in great condition. It's springy and has not dried out. Slight darkening at the pits - more so on the left. I didn't see it until I put it under my lighting to photograph, but it's there. See pictures 7 & 8. I've outlined it in picture #8 with blue dots. This *may* come out with an oxiclean soak.
