This flowy, floral dream of a chiffon dress is ready for a celebration. The bodice is a beauty with just the right amount of details - a mockneck collar, "v" cut-out, 5 self covered buttons and a unique waistline. The dress is lined with a pale yellow polyester, but the belled sleeves are left sheer. The floral print has a touch of neon orange for an extra pop.
