Beautiful Vintage 70s Hand Crochet Granny Shawl or Skirt ~ this wonderful creation can be worn as a shawl or a skirt. There are no labels but the fabric is a hand crochet yarn. The shawl/skirt has a beautiful design, fringe, and buttons. When worn as a shawl, the neckline appears round, the shawl drapes over the shoulders, the shawl flows freely throughout the body, has a lovely crochet design with larger openings throughout, and has fringe at the bottom. The center has a double breasted same fabric insert with pretty buttons. This allows for ease of movement and room for movement of the arms underneath and in between. When worn as a shawl the hemline in back appears a bit longer. Insert can be completely removed but shawl or skirt cannot be secured closed without it. * Please note - I am showing images of how this appears when worn as a shawl and when worn as a skirt. It is only one piece, and can be worn one way or the other.

When worn as a skirt waistline has a bit of a curve, rests nicely over the hips, and flows beautifully.
