Gathered at shoulders and top of waistband
Deep v-neck
3. 25" banded waist with attached self-ties
Gathered full length skirt

Measurements:
Bust: 19"
Shoulder to shoulder: 15"
Waist: 14"
Shoulder to hem: 58"

Small holes near front left side seam above hem.
They are well hidden within the folds of the skirt. See photo.
