Top is lightweight sheer floral lace in off white - probably cotton. It buttons down the front with a ruffle accent and just the perfect amount of puff in the shoulder
The skirt is a mix of the same lace, plus a soft velvety black material. It has an elastic waist and a nice a-line flare. It is also lined.
