100% polyester outer. Lining: 100% nylon - feels more like a knit poly. Solid navy lining. Chiffon outer layer is navy blue with white polka dots. Elastic in neckline and waist. Ruffle at neckline and hem with peplum style ruffle around waist. Sleeveless with thin spaghetti straps. Fantastic maxi length dress. Excellent Used Condition except for a small 2” area where the thread has moved causing some fraying at neckline ruffle by the left pit area. Looks like a thin layer of glue or maybe fray check was used on this area at some point.
