Vintage 70s Beige Cotton Tie Waist Top
Cute 1970s summer top. SIZE S, chest to 37 inches. Made of thin slightly gauzy beige cotton, pulls over head. Body of top is sleeveless with large elastic, lace and ribbon trimmed ruffle around top. I think this can be worn off the shoulder as well. Encased string tie around waist, adjustable. Fabric tag inside is unreadable. In good pre-owned vintage condition.
