60s Yellow Mini Dress Zig Zag Metallic Skirt$75.00
DETAILS: This 1960s vintage cocktail dress is a lightning bolt of sunshine mixed with glam! The scoopneck bodice is fitted with princess seaming, while the skirt is fairly straight, with a bit of ease at the waist. A satin waistband overlies the waist, anchored with a flat bow in front.

FABRIC/COLORS: The bodice is done in lemon yellow crepe, medium weight, and most likely a rayon/acrylic blend based on a fiber burn test. The brocade skirt fabric is substantial, and is woven in a zigzag pattern of matte yellow, satiny offwhite, and sparkling gold lurex. The sash is medium-to-heavy weight pale yellow satin. The skirt is fully lined with a yellow acetate type fabric.
TAGS: No maker's tag - there is an ILGWU/AFL-CIO tag sewn into the skirt seam
CLOSURES: The dress closes with a long metal zipper up the back.
