Fun 1960s hat made of sheer black chiffon. It has mesh in the crown for support and the wide floppy brim is composed of two ruffled layers. A slender black velveteen band ends in a half bow in back. The hat measures 15" by 14" across the bottom, it is 4" tall, and the brim is 4 and 1/4" in front. The inner band is 20. 5"
