1960s Gia Ninno Designs. Excellent gently used condition. Jacket is front button closure. Dress is pullover with 1/4 zip back closure. Minimal subtle spots of light discoloration, but nothing major or super noticable on. Super stretchy thick knit- reminds me of a St. John piece. Tag size is 12. Runs a bit smaller, but not much. Fits like a modern day large.

Has loads of stretch, however measurements laying flat buttoned / zipped and Unstretched:
