Frothy and floaty seafoam green chiffon party dress. High sheer chiffon cowl with a gathers at the neck. Fitted bodice and waist with a full skirt. The chiffon is sheer and there is an acetate lining in both top and skirt. Belt loops but no belt included. Zipper and hook and eyes up the back.

Condition- There is one spot on the left bust. I don't have luck cleaning this fabric, so I will price accordingly. There is a tiny pinhole in the front chiffon. Both shown in photos.
