Here's a cool 1960's scooter cap from France in red virgin wool, by Fair Rous Felts

It has a graduated rim in the front & back and gold chain rickrack that has sequins sewn in between.

It has a decorative side bow of sorts, that looks fantastic when you dress it up with a brooch (pic 7)

I see no holes, but it does show some slight wear on the top.

A professional cleaning would do wonders, I'm just using a dry cleaning cloth to get the dust off.

It measure 22" around the inside rim.
