Lovely vintage 1960s, rose print cotton peplum wiggle dress!
Metal zipper on the side. Sleeveless. Mint green velvet trim on the neckline!
Fitted waist with a fun short peplum skirt over a pencil style skirt!
In very good condition! There's 2 ink marks, see last photo on the peplum. There's some faint color bleed on the back of the bodice. No label tags, most likely handmade.
