Vintage 60s Miss Marilyn of Dallas cotton Girl Scout style dress for adults!
This green dress with brown buttons is probably made of cotton and polyester as it doesn't seem to wrinkle and it's soft and comfortable.
It has short sleeves, decorative little flaps on both sides under the shoulders. The waist is full as is the skirt, kind of a boxy design. It's in excellent condition.

I used this dress as a Girl Scout costume, a long time ago, for Halloween. It looked great coupled with all the GS accessories. It's a great day dress.
