Serious magical wizard vibes from this incredible 60s era blue velvet dress. The front has little silver and gold beaded crescents. Tag read Champagne Lady. No size or fabric content tags. There is a small repair on the bottom back of the skirt, but otherwise in excellent gently worn vintage condition.
