Vintage 1960's Bright Neon Geometric Op Art Polka Dot Print Barkcloth Lace Up Halter Maxi Dress!

True original vintage 1960's; although that wild print looks like something 90s Jean Paul Gaultier copied! The fabric looks like something that was popular in the late 90s, early 00s, but this dress is undoubtedly from the 1960s!
