Unique cocktail dress, believe it is 1960s but could be later. SIZE S, chest to 37 inches. Underdress with thin spaghetti straps made of medium weight black fabric, feels like rayon crepe. Over this is a layer of black floral pattern lace with large prong set rhinestones. Long sheer lace sleeves also have rhinestones, black cuffs with large round decorative buttons. This top lace layer ends at the wide bottom band of skirt, and blouses out over it a bit. Underdress lined with thin black rayon fabric, zips up back. No tags.
