This dress reminds me of a dress Marsha would have worn! Vintage from the the 60s or 70s. Handmade. Polyester. Fits like a modern day size small or medium. The dress appears to have been taken in but only stitched smaller and NOT CUT and stitched smaller. :D I believe this could be removed if it needed to be a tiny bit bigger in the arms or down the sides and lengthened. A few pulls here and there. A lovely shade of pink and mint green makes this pattern even more adorable. The large peter pan collar and balloon sleeves give a very feminine, youthful and fun look!
