Wonderful small round tilt / perch hat, probably 1950s. Made of finely woven black hat straw. Wide shiny braided black raffia trim around edge. 2 small plastic hair combs inside to hold it on your head. Large pearl bead crystal ornament on right side with thin red velvet ribbon. Fine black net is tied around this, looks a bit ripped. Otherwise in good pre-owned vintage condition. Fabric tag inside says Mr. D'. Outside width 7. 5 x 8 inches.
