Fun 1950s / 60s round perch hat. SIZE 19 inches. Made of a stiff frame covered with intertwined pieces of light and dark pink fine net tulle. Velvet covered wire in 2 vs at sides to keep it on your head. Finer net veil on front. Open top covered with wider net. Faux flower on front side. No tags. In good pre-owned vintage condition. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
