Unique round hat, my best guess is some type of majorette or marching band hat, or part of a costume of some kind. SIZE 21. 5 inches. Tall loop ornament at front covered in marabou feather trim. Round hat made of very stiff brown wool felt, with horizontal bands of thin velvet trim. Small Tag inside reads 'Dawn's Originals.'
