This is a wonderful dress if worn with a petticoat as the bottom half of the dress has no buttons, and may I just say that the buttons are fabulous! But back to the dress, I think this is the type of top or dress worn over very slim pants for a type of cocktail outfit. The colors are spectacular and very very vivid.

Padded shoulders and hem has a bias trim. Made of rayon.
