Wonderful vintage feather hat, probably 1950s. SIZE 21 inches. In wearable condition - one section of feathers is still attached but needs to be reglued to hat. A bit of makeup on inside band, not visible when on. Made of large black feathers with smaller white feather details. Round shape with opening on top, trimmed with wide black grosgrain ribbon. Bow detail at back center. Base of black felt. Fabric tag inside reads 'Frank Palma Original.'
