This is a gorgeous full underskirt embellished with lace, ribbon, and bowknots. The petticoat is designed by Sydney Bush. The half slip features accordion pleating and honeycomb pleating with two additional under layers of crinoline net. The elastic has lost its stretch. The waist is 32 inches. The hip is 38 inches. The length, as measured from elastic to hem, is 28 inches. (Purchase does not include display mannequin.)
