This is the cutest 1950s girls dress! It has a full circle skirt with an attached tulle under skirt. The underskirt has a plastic (?) piece in the hem to make it stand out more. It has a contrasting Peter Pan collar and cuffs. It has puffed sleeves. They are sewn in a way to make them stay puffed up. It has horizontal tucks in the front bodice. It buttons up the back and has a long tie belt. There is a very cool trim with a crochet look (I’m not totally sure what the actual technique is called) on both the skirt and sleeves.

Waist - 10” (stretches to approx 11. 5”)

Condition - I don’t see any holes or stains. It’s in very good condition.
