Belt included -- Can be worn with or without the belt.
Underskirt included -- The tie has been removed and replaced with a safety pin. You could replace the tie, but I would think the pin would actually work better.

In good condition. There is a tiny pinhole on the bust, which is insignificant if you wear a black bra.
