Super cute style with shirred sleeves, cutouts along neckline, fitted seamed bodice with dropped waist seam, metal side zipper and full skirt. Fabric is cotton, unlined. Label reads ”Kabro of Houston”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are light blue background with blue, purple, lavender and green print. Really cute print of watering cans and flowers.
