A floral wonderland is depicted in this vintage acetate scarf. At 43 inches square, it is large enough to be used as a shawl or folded numerous ways and worn as a scarf or hip wrap. I am dating this from the colorful late 1960's era due to the type of fabric label, the acetate fabric itself, the fact it was Made in Japan, the large size and the mix of floral with squiggles in the design.

As a bonus to the new owner I will include a magnetic-back brooch that will complement this scarf. Of course both the scarf and the brooch are wonderfully versatile accessories whether worn together or separately.

Pastel colors of pink, yellow, teal, beige, purple, white, gold, and grey are all used in this beautiful scarf.

Depicting an abundant floral fantasy, flower designs are mixed with squiggles, all in blocks within blocks. In fact, the fantasy motif almost defies description.

It is a 43 inch square, large and versatile.

The rich acetate fabric drapes beautifully.

The edges are rolled and hemmed.

As you can see from the photos, the colors are quite true, with no faded areas.

The attached fabric label reads "100% Acetate Made in Japan WPL 6119".

This scarf has been freshly cleaned and comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.

It is in superb vintage condition, free of tears, snags, rips, odors, color runs or anything offensive that would keep you from wearing and enjoying this vintage 1960's era larger acetate scarf for many years to come.
