Vintage 1940's Style Rainbow Black White Striped Avant Garde Fit and Flare Dress by "Foxy Lady - San Francisco!"

Late 1970's / early 1980's pays homage to a classic 1940's style! That "New Look" style, sleeves, cuffs, and collar!! I love mixing eras, and this dress encompasses all the best ones! There is also a prevalent Victorian influence!
