Wonderful small half hat / clamp hat / juliet hat, probably late 1940s / early 50s. SiZE 22 inches. Made of black velvet. Covered wire edges. 2 pleated black ribbon ornaments with rhinestones at top. In good pre-owned vintage condition - the black ribbon ornaments are much lighter than the black velvet of the hat, possibly faded.
